Somatic mutation, copy-number and structural-variant (fusion) status over a PDAC driver-gene panel, plus the variant×subtype label-join. DNA-level sibling to the subtyping and TF-activity agents.
Which samples carry a mutation, copy-number alteration or structural variant (fusion) in these genes, and at what frequency? A cohort lacking a modality reports that fact rather than returning an empty column. Each modality is charted separately — they have different denominators and a sample can appear in more than one, so the three are not parts of a whole and must not be added.
